Shipping of the prints will be in a sturdy mailing tube via UPS, Fedex, or USPS for a minimum of $8.25 depending on the size of the order. For clients living outside the continental USA, please email us for a quote.

Submission of Files: (1) Email: Simply send us your picture file via EMAIL. (2) FTP upload: BroadPrints will provide the anonymous FTP site that clients can upload files to. (3) CD or floppy disk: Buyers may choose to send their files to us via PC-compatible CDR or disk. (4) Actual hardcopy (e.g. photograph) can be submitted but may be subject to scanning fees.

Please note that a margin of 1/4 inch is normally provided around the image (and 2-3 inches for prints on canvas). Photographs come in different sizes and your photo might not be proportional to the enlargement size. Parts of the photo near the edges may not be included if your photograph size is not proportional to the enlargement. |

Enlargements are normally processed in less than 24 hours. And depending on the speed of the mail carrier, our clients usually receive their orders in less than a week after processing. |

Credit Card payments are thru PayPal only. Personal Checks, Bank Checks and Money Order are also accepted, and should be made payable to BROADPRINTS. We will only process orders once payment is received. |

An order cancelled within a 24 hour period is subject to a 5% transaction fee. After 24 hours, the cancellation fee is 20%. An order that has already been processed and where services have been rendered cannot be cancelled. Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer moneyback guarantees, but rest assured that we stand by our satisfaction guarantee. |
